Jesper Ejdlng Martell is a leading figure in the field of Competitive Intelligence (CI), with a career spanning nearly three decades. His journey began in 1996 as a CI practitioner at Ericsson before transitioning to Comintelli, where he serves as CEO and co-founder.

Under his leadership, Comintelli® has become a pioneer in CI solutions, offering the award-winning platform Intelligence2day®. Jesper has been a trusted advisor on CI strategies to global organizations, including Akzo Nobel, Bayer, Dow Agroscience, Ericsson, Exxon Mobile, Interpol, Monsanto, Telia, and Tetra Pak.

From 2013 to 2016, Jesper played a pivotal role in the CIBAS project, a research initiative at Södertörn University, exploring the intersection of CI, business analytics, and social computing. For his contributions to the profession, SCIP honored Jesper in 2016 as a Distinguished Member, recognizing his global impact on CI and his dedication to advancing the intelligence community.
